Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Analog Devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our sales strategy in the China Mass-Market region, focusing on industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market share in the China Mass-Market region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers to drive demand creation and sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, FAE, and product line, to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including identifying potential customers and developing them into PSK customers.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of sales experience in China Mass-Market business or distributor management in Semiconductor companies.
  • Strong understanding of the China Mass-Market region, including market trends and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
  • Fluent written and oral English for business.
  • Self-motivation, result-oriented, and fast-moving, with a strong desire to achieve higher goals and tackle tougher challenges.
