Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Wayfair is a leading online destination for home goods, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our Shanghai Talent Team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential clerical and administrative support, including WeChat operations management, data analysis, and sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • WeChat Operations Management:
    • Manage and update the company's WeChat official account to enhance our online presence.
    • Create and publish engaging content to attract and retain followers.
    • Monitor and respond to messages and inquiries on WeChat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Collect and analyze HR-related data to support decision-making processes and drive business growth.
    • Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations.
    • Conduct research and gather insights on market competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Sourcing:
    • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for our team.
    • Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field.
    • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite is a plus.
    • Quick learner with an analytical approach to problem-solving and a team player.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
