CSO Management Senior Manager

Description
As a CSO Management Senior Manager at Gilead Sciences Shanghai Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for managing dealers and CSO sales teams to achieve Gilead's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer management: Select and manage dealers to meet Gilead's requirements.
- CSO sales management: Establish academic platform communication and influence within the region, ensure the implementation and achievement of marketing and strategic objectives, and effectively manage and develop external CSO teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine is preferred.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills.
- Keen ability of data analysis and industry insight, quick development of strategy and action plan, solid marketing management experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent regional management, channel management, team management and people management experience.
- More than 2 years of regional sales management experience in foreign company, preferably in the field of anti-infection and tumor.
