We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding targets by providing exceptional technical support to our Clinical customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical pre-sale support, including technical proposals, field seminars, and in-depth technical and clinical application conversations with customers.
  • Identify customer opportunities, needs, and requirements, and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collect, process, and disseminate market feedback and competitive intelligence to support the evolution of our products.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, marketing, support teams, and other functions to analyze impact and develop countermeasures for short-term and long-term business strategies.
  • Travel to customer sites (50% or more) to provide on-site support and build strong relationships with customers.
