Your role:

Job Objective: 
1、Achieve downfilling production volume within good safety & quality and within OP expense.
2、Continuous improvement for EHS, quality, efficiency and cost.
Main Responsibilities:
1、Organize downfilling department daily operations, coordinate with other departments.
2、Set up department targets, make work plan, manage department resource, monitor department daily operations to achieve targets.
3、Establish and maintain downfilling department SOP, give training to downfilling employees, manage and monitor the execution of SOP.
4、Follow government and corporate regulations of EHS and quality, ensure department good performance of EHS and quality.
5、Ensure downfilling employee's safety, give downfilling employees the safety instruction and monitor downfilling employees' daily operation following the instruction. 
6、Develop performance appraisal program for direct reports, evaluate their performance regularly and mete out rewards or punishments to improve employee engagement and performance.
7、Make developing plan for direct reports and help them to complete the plan.
8、Complete department OpEx as plan, including 6S, DMS, Kaizen and cost saving project.
9、Increase downfilling efficiency and control operation cost, via technical innovation and process optimization.
10、Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.

Who you are:

Qualification Requirement:
1、Biology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical related major, Bachelor or above.
2、More than 5 years production management experience.
3、Be good at analyzing issues, strong planning and organization skills.
4、Be good at deal with the interpersonal relationship.
5、Fluent in Chinese and English. 
6、Fluent in Microsoft software, better with ERP experience.
