ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY ABOUT THE ROLE: An accounting is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization in decision-making by providing accurate financial information. The role typically involves preparing financial reports. Reconciling accounts, cash management, and assisting with audits and tax fillings. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for recording order transactions on e-commerce platforms and managing accounts receivable /payable to ensure clear accounting records.
  • Handle revenue recognition and cost transfers, including purchase receipts , shipment accounting, returns and refunds, prepare accounting vouchers, and maintain ledgers. 3. manage fund flows for third-party payment tools(e.g., Alipay. Payoneer etc.), reconcile platform settlement statements with actual received amounts, and handle transaction fees and abnormal funds flows.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations with e-commerce platforms (or other clients), exporting detailed sales data, commission deductions, advertising fees, etc., to ensure alignment between platform and company accounts.
  • Monitor cash flow, prepare reports comparing budgeted versus actual funding, and execute bank payment operations.
  • Ensure invoice compliance, including but not limited to issuing and verifying electronic invoices, as well as input tax credits, to mitigate tax fraud risks.
  • Allocated costs (e.g., logistics, warehousing, advertising) by SKU/platform/score dimension to support individual product gross margin analysis.
  • Manage accounting documents and records: oversee financial document management and archiving to ensure integrity and security of all accounting data.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments and provide ad-hoc reporting supporting as needed. EXPERIENCES & SKILLS REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related filed. Holds intermediate Accounting Professional qualification on higher.
  • 6+years of relevant work experience. REQUIRED LANGUAGES (BESIDES ENGLISH):
  • English is for Works Communication REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel, comfortable with Microsoft Office suite, SAP system experience preferred.
  • Familiar with accounting standards and tax regulations in the e-commerce industry.
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork skills, proactive work ethic, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
