Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organisational.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Track and report on key procurement metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet operational needs.
  • Mitigate risks by assessing supplier performance and implementing contingency plans

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sr. Procurement Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Knowledge of market trends and supplier landscape in Shanghai.
  • Ability to and interpret procurement data to drive-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
