岗位描述/Department Mission

As a Technique Project Management head of Software and Hardware Platform, you will be responsible for leading a team of technique project management in the project planning, development organizing, project solving, change and risk management for LDCU(Left Domain Control Unit)/RDCU(Right Domain Control Unit) product development. Oversee the end to end delivery of the project.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

Technical key words:

Project Management

1.Provide cross team level oversight for the entire embedded SW and HW development of Zonal Control ECU. project portfolio, ensuring visibility into project status, risks, and dependencies.

2.Manage cross project and cross team resource allocation, budget control, development plan to ensure project delivery.

3.Identify and manger the problem and risk in project. Remove the obstacle to lead team ensuring quality, timing and efficiency in project development.

4.Key project reporting and escalation.

Process:

5.Develop and standardize project management methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices across the organization.

6.Define and track key performance indicators(KPIs) and metrics to measure project success, and development effectiveness.

7.Ensure development process implementation in project and delivery fulfill quality and process standard

Strategy

8.Coordinate BU development strategy definition and implementation with each department leaders to fulfill company and project strategy.

9.Align the strategy defined with key stakeholder and get approval from management.

Leadership

10.Establish, lead and mature the project management and technique management team to fulfill business needs and motive team for excellent performance.

11.Recruit , mentor and develop team. Manage and evaluate team performance.

12.Collaborate with other functional teams and vehicle/EE architecture project management for overall CEA delivery.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

1.Education: Major in Computer science, Electronic, or similar subject with Bachelor degree or above

2.Work Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project management in the automotive industry, familiarity with automotive electronic development process.

3.Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Proven working experience as a leader of project manager or technique project lead in the automotive control unit project development.

Solid experience in project management, including the use of project management tools and methodologies.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Ability to motivate and lead a virtual project team.

PMP certification is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and challenges.

Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities. Capability for driving  for result and leading team to achieve target in dynamic and challenging environments.

Proficiency in embedded system design, hardware/software/system development on Zonal Domain Control Unit is a plus.

Strategic thinking and ability to translate technical vision into actionable plans.
