In This Role You'll Make An Impact By

  • Act as the external interface to receive customer orders and inquiries.
  • Check stock and payment status (including credit), enter and validate orders in SAP.
  • Confirm orders and follow up until customer sign-off.
  • Focus on improving SCO service level within defined industrial CSR scope.
  • Support the commercial team in building customer relationships and handling complaints.
  • Participate in and support new projects related to supply chain and business operations.
  • Support system-related issues, such as SAP, Salesforce, and digital order platforms.

To Succeed You Must Hold

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or logistics/supply chain.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.
  • A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
