Job Overview:

The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and implementing HR Operations including payroll processing, HR daily support and HR compliance initiatives for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & HR Operations

  1. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  2. Conduct the monthly payroll process, make sure it accurately paid within the timeline of each office in APAC region.
  3. Benefits, attendance and holiday management for all corporate associates to make sure the smooth proceeding.

Employee Engagement & Development

  1. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement through surveys and action plans.
  2. Coordinate and deliver training programs to build leadership and functional capabilities.

HR Systems & Processes

  1. Champion the use of HR systems to improve efficiency and ensure data integrity.

Key Requirements

  1. Experience Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
  2. Experience in hospitality or multi-unit environments preferred.
  3. Proven track record in C&B and Compliance management.

  1. Strong communication and analytical skills.
  2. Ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  3. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
