The Role
We are looking for a
BD Manager
who feels comfortable working with institutional clients, maintaining relationships, and supporting business development efforts across several markets. This role suits someone who has already been exposed to account management or early stage BD in crypto, and who enjoys building long term partnerships in a fast changing environment.

Experience in the digital asset space
is important and will help you navigate the conversations, the products, and the expectations of institutional clients.

Mandarin is required
, as you will communicate with partners and clients across multiple regions.

Location:
China or Singapore (remote)

What You Will Do

  • Maintain and grow relationships with institutional clients and partners
  • Support BD pipeline activities and identify new opportunities that fit the company's strategy
  • Handle account management tasks and ensure partners have a smooth experience
  • Assist with lead generation, research, and outreach when needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered
  • Track progress, prepare updates, and help move deals forward

What You Bring To The Table

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in account management or BD within crypto, DeFi, or digital assets
  • Comfort working with institutional stakeholders such as funds, trading firms, or ecosystem partners
  • Strong communication skills and an interest in helping partners understand the company's products
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work with limited structure
  • Organizational and follow up skills with attention to detail
