ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Sales Manager - Mixed Channels, who’s passionate about boutiques and quality wines, bringing proven experience in wine sales with a living and active client base. The ideal candidate has extensive wine knowledge and a keen desire to continue learning about the industry. As a target-oriented professional, you will strive to achieve outstanding results, working with the best Boutique Wines portfolio to become a top sales performer.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the client base.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new
sales opportunities and trends in the wine industry.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Educate clients on the portfolio of boutique wines, providing detailed product information and recommendations.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve any issues to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales deals effectively.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in wine tastings, events, and trade shows to promote the brand and products.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure efficient delivery of products to clients.

• Excellent command of the English language, both in written and oral form
• Exhibits exceptional negotiating skills in commercial discussions, and skills in coordination and communication.
