Channel Manager

Main Responsibilities
Manage the volume growth and achieve the overall target with channel partners. Optimize the balance between volume and margin within TPU ChinaResponsibility for Building Channel Management for further baseload & sell-out business.Build Channel Management to build customer base for new businesses development. Assist to enhance market transparency and support the business of distribution sector through Co-visit with distributor.Conduct regular monitoring and corresponding actions (include pricing, marketing, joint project etc) to ensure the business on track.Responsibility for monitoring outstanding receivables and credit limits in assigned area, inform next level about credit standing and risks, assess ability to pay (possibly stop deliveries)
Value Added
The position works closely with distributors, distributors' customers(occasionally) and other operation functions to develop new business to sustain business
This position ensure the compliance and discipline operation in distributor sectors, and ensure distributor's enough motivation to develop in direction of Covestro’s growth strategy.

Internal: OM, RPM, AD, Innovation, Segment Team, Credit management Legal, IM, Logistic, internal supporting team, Project teams
External: Distributors Customers (Management, Procurement, Technical, Sales and Marketing etc) Partners End users relevant people in institution
