Job Summary

Provides the administrative support to the engineer service director included but not limit to activities planning and coordination, performance analysis and tracking, support sorting reports, engineering database development and management.

Major Responsibilities

Supports and satisfies the policies, goals, efforts, and programs of the UBR’s Environmental Health, and Safety Management System. Ensures EHS issues are given primary consideration in all activities undertaken within area of responsibility.

Administrative process supporting and coordination including but not limited to business meeting, 3rd party or vendor (local or international) coordination, team building, workshop, training, etc.

Lead the Engineering Service Department Document Management within OpenText system including the documentation hierarchy, revision, and validation to ensure effective and efficiency.

Lead the engineering service database development, information gathering and maintenance which will mainly include standard library, equipment failure database, special equipment database within UBR and government website, etc.

Assist the Engineering Service director for organizing presentation and reporting deck material including routine and temporarily reporting, technical translation. Support engineering director to track and collect statistic information and data for ECN, DCN, TD, perfect days, guest discomfort info etc.

Assist the Engineering Service Director for the department KPI analysis, tracking, and optimization efforts facilitation.

Lead to analysis the operation expense and report to Engineering Service department for the status the forecast.

Lead to track engineering service short term and long-term plan execution progress and follow-up corrective actions tracking.

Assist Engineering Service Director for technical document translation as necessary.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in either administration, financial analysis, document control or ERP key user position.

Proved the experience or knowledge of activities planning and coordination.

Proved document control experience is preferred.

Strong logical thinking, basic data mining knowledge is preferred.

High level of communication skill and presentation skill.

Open, patient, easy-going personality.

Excellent English both oral and written is required, CET 6/TEM 8 is preferred.

Demonstrated capability of Microsoft Excel, proficiency with Microsoft PPT.

Basic knowledge and Microsoft Word, Project.

Education

Full time 4 years education with bachelor’s degree, majored in information management or library management will be preferred.
