1. Timely understanding of the changes of customs laws, regulations or clauses, on-site handling of special matters, timely feedback, to ensure smooth completion of work.
2. Responsible for daily customs work, executing customs operation rules, monitoring the accuracy and timeliness of audit and clearance processes, process supervision, formulating effective improvement measures for problems encountered during the execution process and implementing, and continuously improving the quality of customs operations.
3. Responsible for the registration, verification, and inland sales tax supplement of import and export goods; responsible for organizing the optimization of basic and agency business customs clearance processes, coordinating relevant departments to ensure that customs activities comply with relevant regulations and company internal audit requirements.
4. Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with customs, inspection and quarantine, electronic ports, and other related departments and courier companies, fully understanding the policies of various ports and inspections and quarantines in the region and ensuring accurate information transmission.
5. Responsible for handling customs emergencies, comprehensive on-site inspections, dealing with violations, ensuring the effectiveness of various emergency plans, timely follow-up, processing, and reporting of the incidents, and establishing emergency plans for handling emergencies and reports of abnormal situations.
6. Responsible for timely mastering and understanding the import and export regulations and rules of customs, the Ministry of Commerce, and other regulatory departments, formulating customs management processes, supervising the implementation of customs/inspection and quarantine policies within the company.
7. Management of customs declaration agents and involved suppliers in compliance with KPI.
8. Cooperate and participate in the company’s relevant audits and optimization projects.
9. Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

4、负责与海关、检验检疫、电子口岸等相关部门及快件公司保持良好的工作关系，充分了解区域内各口岸、检验检疫的政策，确保信息准确传达。
5、负责关务突发事件处理；现场全面检查、违规的应对，保证各类应急方案的有效性；及时跟进、处理、上报突发事件的经过；建立突发事件处理应急预案、异常情况报告。
6、负责及时掌握、理解海关、商务委等监管部门进出口法规、规章，制定关务管理流程，监督海关/检验检疫政策在公司内部执行。
7、报关代理等供应商的日常管理和供应商绩效考核。
8、配合参与公司的相关审核和优化项目。
9、主管安排的其他工作任务。
