  • Capture dynamics of public policy environment & market access channel evolution, provide the insights for Chinese management and global cross-functional teams on a regular basis, and integrate product access strategy into relevant business plan.
  • Prepare market access materials and documents related to public policies, diseases and products to demonstrate product value and maximize access possibilities.
  • Cultivate talents and update team’s capability to meet future needs.

Secondary Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in public health, health economic or medicine.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in market access for pharmaceutical MNC, preferably in Marketing or top consulting firms
  • Be familiar with VBP and local access policies.
  • Strong communication skill and good interpersonal skill
  • Accountable to achieve excellence with integrity and through teamwork, Positive thinking with willing to take challenges.
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing.
