岗位职责：

Establish, perfect, improve working procedure of inspection material and inspect according
as working instruction;建立，执行和改进材料检查工作程序，并按照工作指引检查产品用原材料 Be good at discovering potential nonconformity of incoming material and communicate善于发现进厂原材料潜在不合格并沟通 Control and inspect incoming material quality, deal with problem and collect, analyze related data.控制和检查进厂原材料质量，处理问题并收集，分析相关数据 Supplier development、assessment、release、block and improvement.供应商发展、评估、放行、否决、改进 Implement, perfect method and table of process quality control.执行和完善材料检验质量控制方法  Execute、monitor and report quality performance of suppliers.执行、监督和报告供应商的质量绩效  Perfect and improve working instruction of inspection material, audit questionnaire etc., all information regular save and ensure its to implement effectually.完善并更新材料检验的作业指导书，考察问卷等, 做到系统归档、存档，并保证其有效实施 Smplement relevant quality activities, easure to perform effective quality activities within material inspection.执行质量相关的活动,确保在材料检验中有效执行. Report and comunication with HQ SQM和总部SQM的沟通和报告

岗位要求：

具有材料工程或相关工程学科的学士， 具有电力行业或变压器制造领域的工作经验，虑变压器外部设计、工艺或质量方面的人员 质量管理知识：具备质量管理体系、供应链管理和质量工具的知识，如ISO 9001质量管理体系、供应商审核、质量控制、统计分析等。 了解变压器的制造工艺和相关技术标准，能够对供应商提供的产品质量进行评估和管理。 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，能够与供应商和内部团队有效沟通和协调。 英语要求听说读写良好
