市场营销经理 Marketing Communication Manager

Key tasks:
· Strives for branded touchpoint excellence across consumer journeys.
· Owns following deliverables from the launch toolkit: communication idea, key visual, superiority visuals, TVC, product video, lifestyle photography and PR release article.
· Delivers on time, in quality and in budget.
· Contributes under the lead of the brand PM to the marketing launch plan.
Professional expertise:
· Creation of above-the-line ° campaigns as well as launch toolkit for key digital touchpoints (eCommerce, social media) as well as instore (Offline).
· Creation of impactful, branded assets that communicate innovations and their superior benefits easily understandable to consumers.
· Creation of comprehensive creation briefings for agencies.
· Thorough understanding of relevant touchpoints in the consumer journey to purchase consumer durable goods in China.
· Project management skills: takes ownership, sets priorities, leads agencies, executes and delivers on time in quality.
· Budget management: finds synergies to deliver excellent results in a cost-efficient way.
· Data-driven decision making e.g. Link-test, A/B-testing, data from digital touchpoints.
· Pragmatic problem solver: continuously finds pragmatic ways to simplify, actively manages complexity, and challenges the status quo to drive innovation for best solutions.
· Growth mindset: learns from failures and successes to grow capabilities and talents over time and regards challenges as opportunities to improve.
· Work experience in a multinational B2C organization: fosters trusting relationships within own department and effective cross-departmental cooperation.
· Preferably also work experience in a Marcom agency.
