Your Role

As the DataCenter and Cloud Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our data center infrastructure and cloud environments, with a primary focus on Azure Cloud and Azure China Cloud. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of skilled professionals to ensure the availability, reliability, and security of our data center and cloud operations.Overseeing the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of data center hardware and software, as well as cloud resources.Implementing best practices for both data center and cloud management, including capacity planning, disaster recovery, and incident response.Monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvements in both data center and cloud environments.Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.Providing technical leadership and mentoring to team members.Developing and maintaining documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical guides.

To succeed, you will need

Proven experience in managing both data center and cloud operations in a complex, multi-location environment.Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and power/cooling systems.Expertise in Azure Cloud and Azure China Cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.Knowledge of identity management and access control systems.Proficiency in monitoring and management tools for both data center and cloud environments.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of guiding and developing high-performing teams.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Relevant certifications such as Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA), Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or similar are a plus.A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
