The successful candidate will lead a team of contract and legal professionals and collaborate with our global legal teams to drive project implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to our business in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead a team of contract and legal professionals to develop and maintain contract templates, driving continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with our global legal teams to drive project implementation and adoption.
- Support corporate governance projects and employment matters as assigned.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice law with a bachelor's degree in law or above from a reputable law school.
- Minimum 10 years counsel experience, with at least 5 years in-house counsel experience with a multinational corporation.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must.
