Who we’re looking for

Reporting to the Business Development Director of North China, the Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and developing new channel partners to achieve the company's sales targets. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners in the Northern China region.

What you’ll do 

Develop and manage channel accounts in North China region, assist in setting sales targets and sales strategies, and ensure the performance of the sales team meets expectations. Establish and maintain good relationships with key banks, brokers and other institutional clients in North China region to promote the sales and marketing of fund products. Research market trends and competitors, develop and execute regional sales plans, identify new channel sales opportunities and expand market share. Organize and participate in sales activities, such as client meetings, seminars, product training, etc., to provide professional sales support and solutions to meet client needs. Pay close attention to market dynamics and policy changes, understand and analyze peer sales data, report to upper management and make suggestions for improvement. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development and customer service, to achieve overall sales goals. Complete other tasks assigned by line manager in a timely manner.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance, marketing or related majors. More than three years of experience in mutual fund intermediary sales, familiar with the financial market and the sales model in North China. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build trust and good working relationship with customers and partners at different levels. Good analytical and problem solving skills, able to respond quickly to market changes and propose effective sales strategies. Solid knowledge of fund products and industry background, with a keen insight into market trends.
