Head of Production


Main tasks:

  • Quality control of the goods

  • Visiting the factory for inspection where the goods are produced;

  • Checking the conformity of the finished product to the approved sample;

  • In case the quality of the finished product does not correspond to the approved sample, modifying the technological process at the factory to achieve conformity of the quality of the finished product to the approved sample;

  • Modifying the technological process at the factory jointly with the technologist from the Moscow office in case changing the documentation package for the order is required to improve the quality of the finished product;

  • Compiling a report on the quality inspection of the finished product (inline, final report);

  • Participating in the production launch of models at the factories;

  • Auditing new suppliers;

  • Checking reports on the quality of the finished product from stores once a month;

  • Adjusting production processes and strengthening control at the respective factories.


Product development:

  • Participation remotely in fitting samples together with the lead designer and engineer;

  • Evaluation of sample quality and compliance with technological processing documentation;

  • Evaluation of compliance of technological processing with factory equipment;

  • Evaluation of product technology and design compliance;

  • Initiating changes in technological processing or changing suppliers to achieve commercial success of the model;

  • Creating size chart reviews and style reviews on samples in PLM upon request from the MO engineer;

  • Creating and verifying labels;

  • Execution of company regulations and user instructions;

  • Execution of company business calendar.


WE EXPECT:

- Expert understanding of the clothing manufacturing process in SEA;

- 2+ years of experience with garment technology in mass production;

- Special technological education (technology/design of sewing products);

- Systematic approach, ability to work quickly with a large volume of diverse tasks, communicability;

- PC – proficient user, MS Office;
