Leads Development Representative

•Evaluate marketing generated ‘’ from multi-channel, online & offline marketing activities against Budget, Authority, Need & Timing (BANT) criteria •Review prospect activity history, including content consumption and marketing channel engagements to generate customer insights; •Document and summarize customer insights to inform outreach message, discussion and qualifying questions with prospective customers •Execute Email and Phone based outreach to connect / schedule time to connect with QL-Hot prospects•Convert BANT qualified leads to sales opportunities and transfer opportunities to territory aligned Sales representatives; conduct hand-over/briefing calls with Sales representatives, setting Sales up for successful first prospect conversations •Connect and empathize with prospects while – uncover prospect needs and preliminarily assess if Revvity can meet those needs •Provide a positive, engaging experience for all prospective customers through natural conversation that articulates an understanding of the prospect’s business
Working within (SFDC) – the customer relationship management (CRM) platform for this program – ensure prospective customer information is accurate and up to date; notate customer accounts with insights helpful to Sales
