Business Development Representative GCR

We are looking for skilled individuals who are enthusiastic about collaborating with our sales and marketing team to excel in enterprise-level BB environments. The chosen candidate should be a top performer, characterized by resilience, modesty, and a constructive attitude when facing obstacles. This role is full-time and reports to the Regional VP of Sales.
If you enjoy pushing boundaries to enhance processes and strategies for personal and company growth, this role is for you. You will have a significant impact within our sales organization.
Job Responsibilities & Duties- Uncover & qualify potential customer needs, analyze business processes, spot opportunities, identify requirements, and explore potential areas for Denodo to provide value.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers to understand their business obstacles and the demand for Denodo solutions.
- Effectively present and advocate for the Denodo product.
- Create compelling emails and share engaging narratives that leave potential customers eager to discover more about the value our product offers.
- Schedule opportunities to interact with prospects and colleagues from the Denodo sales team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance our lead generation and follow-up procedures continuously.
- Capability to assess accounts for short- and medium-term opportunities accurately.
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with precise customer details.
- A results-focused mindset.
- Years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, business development, or sales development related to enterprise software or high-tech products and services.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferable.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous.
- Exceptional outbound calling, prospecting, and lead generation abilities.
- Strong capacity to articulate ideas and excellent listening, phone, and written communication skills.
- The skill to guide prospects in recognizing how our solution can address their pain points and bring value to their business.
- Genuine interest in people and a high level of comfort engaging with senior executives through various channels (social media, email, phone, and video).
- The patience and determination needed to make multiple contact attempts with a target.
- Quick thinking, adaptability, and a keenness to embrace change.
- Experience in using CRM systems and proficient computer skills.
- A solid foundation to comprehend and grasp IT technologies and enterprise information infrastructure.
