Responsibilities:
负责中国区项目的设计、规划、指导和协调工作，带领团队完成项目目标。To be responsible for the definition, planning, guide and coordination of the project execution of China, and lead the team to complete the project's target. 协助中国管理团队进行日常工作，并定期向总部汇报。Assist China management team to conduct daily work, and report to the headquarters on a regular basis.负责总部全球化项目在中国区的实施和定期报告。Responsible for the implementation and periodic reporting of the headquarters globalization project lanuched in China. 主持和记录管理会议，跟踪会议行动实施情况。To conduct and record management meetings and track the implementation of action in the meeting. 聚焦内部问题，提升机会，促进持续优化。Focus on internal issues and improve opportunities to promote continuous optimization. 完善内部项目管理制度，培养内部项目管理理念。Improve the internal project management system and train the internal project management philosophy.
Qualifications:
要求：学士学位，至少5年以上的制造业，工程或行政项目管理经验。优先：硕士学位（MBA）或PMP是一个加分项，有流程优化或再造经验更好。Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA) or PMP is a plus, better to have experience on process optimization or reengineering. 较强的沟通、演讲和人际交往能力. Strong in communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills 流利的英语口语和书面语能力. Fluent English skill with oral and written 成熟且对客户（内部员工）的需求敏感. Mature and sensitive to client (internal staff) needs 团队合作和扎实的管理深度. Team-play and solid management depth 良好的影响力. Good influencing skill 擅长对重点优先排序. Good at focus prioritization 在快节奏的组织中具有良好的商业头脑.
