The Field Marketing I position will work in support of regional channel partners, sales stakeholders and Sr. Channel Marketer to develop, manage and implement strategic marketing plans that focus on the defined global/regional goals and objectives to drive demand of Zebra products and solutions. The role will foster positive partner relationships that encourage Zebra loyalty and mutual business growth. This role is to ensure the regional channel MDF/BDF funds are allocated, tracked and claimed responsibly and within funding guidelines to accelerate go-to-market execution and support the partner marketing capabilities. The role will also participate in the development and communication of channel education, vertical/portfolio campaigns and product/solution launches for sales and partners. By aiding and collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders, this role requires an individual to use their organizational and multi-tasking skills combined with relationship building and marketing know-how.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist with partner end-user marketing activities that drive demand,including the alignment, implementation,and management of marketing plans, campaign execution,and reporting
  • Assist the partner with enablement activities to ensure the partner sales reps are educated on all programs, tools,and promotions to aid in maximizing Zebra sales
  • Support regional/partner budgeting, project approval, allocation,and reimbursement within the funding platform tool
  • Utilize available systems and tools to analyze, track,and report funds,data,and budget
  • Project manage and coordinate with our agency partners the planned campaign deliverables that support North America marketing initiatives
  • In support of the Channel Marketing Team, collaborate with multiple marketing functions, vertical marketing, portfolio marketing,and events management
  • Together with Sr. Channel Marketer, be the marketing support for regional and extended sales team
  • Maintain and grow partner marketing relationships with regular cadences and a consultative approach to increase Zebra mindshare
  • Participate in Zebra, industry,and partner events and/or meetings as needed or determined by Sr. Channel Marketer
  • Support other projects as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • 0-2 years of applicable work experience; previous work experience preferred
  • Problem solving, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Communication skills and commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix business environment
  • Creative thinker, passion for innovation and new ideas
  • Good time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Drives for results and is budget conscious
  • Solid skills using a variety of computer programs and social media platforms
