About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Marketing Field Manager to lead our marketing efforts in GCR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with industry media, institutions, and ecosystem partners to leverage joint marketing efforts and maximize brand impact.
  • Take ownership of creating holistic marketing projects with ecosystem partners, including strategy planning, negotiation, and execution.
  • Manage industry sponsorship programs by evaluating valuable events and optimizing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with agencies and partners across GCR to ensure consistent messaging and measurement of results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B tech companies, managing top industry partners and 4A agencies.
  • Experience in end-to-end marketing event management.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently in a rapidly growing company with a growth mindset.
  • Empathetic and collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Event or field marketing experience in B2B marketing companies.
  • 4A agency experience (communications, events, or digital marketing).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo and Salesforce.

Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
