Job Description

Job Summary：

The incumbent is responsible for implementing and executing HSEQ management programs in China through collaboration with the Management team. In addition, the incumbent is responsible in ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all government environmental, health and safety regulations and reporting requirements via key initiatives and activities. These include developing compliance policies, performing internal audits to monitor compliance throughout in Asia Pacific, assist BDP offices on-site to take necessary corrective action in the event of compliance shortcomings.

Primary Functions:

Responsible for the effective implementation and transition of the EHSQ Management System (ISO, ISO & ISO ); ensuring appropriate localization but maintaining alignment with corporate standards and programs.

Ensure compliance with all applicable government policies/legislation and codes governing environmental health and safety by facilitating the development of policies and procedure.

Respond and provide assistance to all emergency situations: lead all incident investigation, determine cause and implement change as necessary by developing corrective and preventative solutions

Liaise with customers and vendors on matter pertaining to EHSQ Management.

Manage consultants and certification bodies when necessary.

Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements

Prerequisites:

Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistics

Relevant Certification in Dangerous Goods handling/Safety transportation local, Air & Sea freight

Registered Safety Officer an added advantage

3 - 5 years’ experience in Environment, Health & Safety, and Quality. Experience across breadth of risk management functions including environmental, occupational health and safety management required. Expertise sufficient to manage a regional program desirable.

Lead Auditor for ISO , ISO & ISO International Standard

Preference for Transportation/ Logistics/ Warehousing experience

Willing to travel.
