RESPONSIBILITIES Process orders in SAP system Familiar with export business and all the relevant docs Prepare sales contracts and other documents necessary Arrange and follow up shipments/deliveries Follow up payment status and customer credit Experience with L/C, D/A, D/P and close contact with banks Coordinate with Supply Chain and sales team to solve complaints Implement the best practice of OTC process and continually improve the process Generate backlog orders and prepare sales forecast based on delivery schedule Build up trustful relationship with customers, internal customers, close communication with sales force, SCM, logistics.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree of international trading or business administration 5 years working experience in multi-national companies Excellent English in oral and writing Self-motivation under stressful circumstances Chinese speaking is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities Good communication skills Excellent team player Willingness to learn new things and supportive attitude. PROBLEM SOLVING AND INNOVATIVE THINKING Result orientation and customer focus Comply with audit requirements Sound knowledge of OTC process Familiar with SAP modules Good skills of MS Excel
