Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist line manager to Manage Administration operations daily and development. includes but not limited to:
- Reception management
- Security management
- Canteen management
- Cleaning management
- Shuttle bus management
- Greenery management
- Pest control management
- Dormitory Management
- Locker room, bathroom and laundry management
- General waste disposal management 
- Fixed asset management
- Office facilities
2. Continuously improve the process and service quality in Administration daily work
3. Plan and carry out improvement projects to meet established schedule, quality and budget criteria
4. Department overhead budget and cost control
5. Strict implementation of security and firefighting regulations.
6. Contractor management (contract check & renewal, cost benchmark, performance appraisal, HSE risk identification and control, process implementation and improvement, compliance supervision, etc.)
7. Make internal customer satisfaction survey, give corrective actions and feedback based on the result
8. Responsible for other administration issue
9. Provide necessary support for company and labor union’s activities
10. All other tasks assigned by line manager or company

Job Requirements:
1. College or above, at least 3 years working experience in administration for manufacturing industry or multinational corporation
2. Familiar with admin knowledge and process in full field and able to solve emergency cases
3. Catering service or lodging management experience would be a plus
4. Fluent in English both oral and written
5. Have awareness of ISO9001 & ISO14001 & ISO45001 local relevant system
6. Basic financial knowledge
7. Customer service mindset with “can-do” attitude
8. Open-minded and creative thinking
9. Quick response, strong execution ability
10. Self-driven for higher performance, continuous improvement and learning agility
11. Good communication skill and leadership potential, play as a multitasker and role model in the team and cross-functional teamwork
12. Details-oriented, accountable for results, act with high sense of responsibility
