通用管理发展路径

从生产管理做起，经过为期24个月包含3个岗位的轮岗拓宽眼界，积累经验，成就未来的生产相关管理者

生产类管培生 – 天津

天津工厂 --- 生产类方向

主要岗位职责：

在生产，卓越运作等部门进行轮岗学习； 了解公司产品和制造流程； 参与生产环节的管理，如现场流程管理、物料管理、计划管理、人员管理、质量管理、设施管理等； 协助直线经理进行车间各项工作管理，如成本控制，控制车间物料、包材及其它消耗品的领用，降低成本； 参与工厂效率提高、数字化以及自动化等改进项目

职位要求：

毕业时间在2024年的，应届本科或硕士，计算机类，自动化类相关专业； 积极主动，逻辑清楚； 具有团队合作能力，计划、沟通与协调能力 具有良好的英语读写能力和听说能力

专业要求：

本科及以上学历，计算机类，自动化类相关专业 流利的英语听，说，读，写能力。
