Senior Product Analyst is responsible for product planning and execution all through the lifecycle of the business for the company.This is inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with other Line of Business in order to ensure that the Users’ satisfaction goals are met. In addition, Senior Product Analyst will be responsible for requirement analysis, cost and effort estimation, resource schedules, delivery milestones, collaboration with other Line of Business, and overall production environment quality.This person will lead a team of Product Analyst in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The Senior Product Analyst reports to the Manager of Product Management.

The ideal candidate will be a “hands on” top level Product Analyst who will provide senior level product direction on enterprise level projects. Exemplary leadership and communication abilities (both verbal and written) are a must; this role will partner closely with business and technology leadership in delivering systems which meet and exceed business objectives.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both Chinese and English) are an absolute must with a demonstrated ability to work well with both engineering and marketing colleagues/execs; including the ability to thoughtfully present to senior executives.Required:Experience owning and resolving issues that impact product design and requirement analysis, or address future concepts, products, or technologies; Disciplined approach to maintaining and enforcing engineering best practices; Ability to synthesize robust and cost-effective technical solutions against customer requirements providing buy versus build decision making; Consistent, compassionate and inspiring manager to the team; Positive can-do partnership attitude while working with teams, cross-functional teams and cross-functional business units; Must be detail orientated, self-organized, and capable of simultaneously tracking multiple issues of varying complexity.

•Understands and adheres to the overarching continued product vision, strategy, and roadmap consistent with Technology & Digital’s overall strategic plan.

•Work with business owner from different Line of Business for continuous learning of existing business practices and requirements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness via implementation of IT solution(s).

•Prioritizes and makes definitive decisions on all product maintenance work and ticket backlogs for assigned product areas.

•Participates in day to day tactical work including: gathering requirements, writing effective user stories, defining acceptance criteria for items in the backlog, prioritizing the backlog, and attending SCRUM meetings.

•Engages in ongoing user acceptance testing and customer service insights based on user feedback and needs from Line of Business.

•Assists in the development of new products and features by completing product requirements and product development programs; establishing time schedules and cost estimate with technical team members.

•5+ years-experience in web or APP product management required

•Bachelor's Degree preferred

•Experience with and understanding of project management and product development for multiple web and mobile consumer products

•Experience writing clear and easily understood user stories, acceptance criteria and Product Requirement Documents (PRD’s)

•Strong technical acumen; comfort understanding and discussing technical concepts with developers

•Experience working in an Agile environment

•Experience with eCommerce, Guest/Cast facing applications, and subscription management a plus

•Extremely motivated and energized by big challenges; willingness to work within and learn applications in a self-directed manner

•Strong analytical skills - able to provide innovative solutions to complex problems

•Obsessed with simplicity and making data-driven product decisions

•Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions

•Experience on WeChat Mini App &WeChat Official Account program
