You will support Garrett Advancing Motion Hometown Solutions development of digital assets, management of platforms to support HHS campaigns and analytics, including the integration and delivery of content in social media channels aligned with our global strategic non-profit partners.

 Responsibilities

Implementing global internal communication strategies and establish China internal communications plan in conjunction with country communication leader.
As a main content provider, planning and developing corporate contents in multiple attractive formats, including posters, infographics, videos, H5 to enhance employee communication effects. Turning complex subject matters related to Garrett technologies and innovations into compelling stories that inform and educate employees about the strategy, the company’s priorities, and each employee’s role in delivering results.
In support of company’s employees’ engagement and employer branding efforts, formulating, and executing with the support of the marketing communications team an internal social media strategy.
Owning internal communications events and coordinating Town Hall meeting, annual dinner, Family Day, Diversity & Inclusive activities. Driving local CSR and sustainability initiatives.
Using rich metrics tracking, identify key trends & adapt digital and all internal tools to increase impact on employees.
Working closely with China Communications Team on corporate projects with integrated approach (milestone project, CEO visit and etc.).
Providing marketing intelligence report

Job Requirements

Excellent English/Chinese writing skills. Graphic creative ability is a plus
Bachelor's degree; preference if in a related field such as journalism, communications, marketing or HR
A communications skilled people with experience within similar companies on positions entailing similar type of responsibilities, 3-5 years’ experience
Excellent organization and time management skills
Positive, enthusiastic and creative mindset, willing to learn and to make a difference
Strong Microsoft Office tools skills, intranet publishing & video production capabilities
Result oriented and able to work collaboratively and with minimum supervision
