Objective of the position 职位目标:

Responsible

for developing Siemens Dishcare product marketing related task. It includes to

1) develop the consumer centric product launch toolkit; 2) develop the media

strategy and plan to drive category mental availability of the product series;

3) develop appealing offline communication tools incl. appealing POSM and

demos.

负责西门子洗碗机产品营销相关业务，包括全方位新品上市筹备，媒体策略和执行，打造线上线下以消费者为中心的产品沟通素材。

Task 工作内容:

1)

Responsible for new product line launch and deliver the consumer product launch

toolkits, incl. compelling product story, communication assets, customer

sell-in plan

负责新品上市筹备，包括新品故事，度的营销素材，核心客户新品卖进方案 -- 30%

2)

Responsible for developing consumer-centric marketing plan to deliver Dish care

product awareness, consideration and sales results.

负责洗碗机市场营销方案策划，帮助品牌持续提高知名度和相关活动期间的销售表现 -- 20%

3) Work

with R&D team to dig out strong product superiority and translate into

powerful consumer communications.

与研发等部门紧密合作，挖掘产品的核心优势，并且转化为线上线下的品牌沟通素材 -- 20%

4) Work

with Sales team to ensure brand assets and brand marketing plan well executed

online and offline

与销售等部门紧密合作，确保品牌营销计划和品牌沟通素材在线上线下渠道的高质量执行与追踪 -- 15%

5)

Closely monitor market competition and competitors news on channels and social

media and timely drive suggestions and actions to react.

密切关注市场竞争与竞品最新态势，提出关于产品沟通与营销的建议以及合理的行动方案 -- 15%

人员要求：

1）具有主动创新性，贡献新想法、新方案

2）善于表达和沟通，能够主动促进有效的沟通和交流，重视并融合不同观点

3）结果导向，关注细节，逻辑性强

4）学习能力及学习意愿强，能够不断学习和发展自我

5）有社交媒体产品营销经验（小红书，抖音……）优先

6）英语能够作为工作语言，进行基础交流
