Overview of the Job:
This merchant focuses on men’s footwear assortment for all concepts and key doors across NSO & NSP stores. At the same time lead and drive merchandising execution for Nike Rise concept. He/she is also responsible for NSO store in-season management.

Builds men’s lifestyle footwear assortment for all CLC concept stores and key doors across NSO & NSP in a consumer-centric way. Work closely with Consumer Merch & NDDC Merch to make sure consumer needs at retail store will be fully served. Explores consumer insights & marketplace trend thru creative ways to make art/science balanced assortment decision. Lead and drive merchandising execution for Nike Rise. Drives in-season product management based on solid weekly sales analysis & consumer insights from retail stores. Evolves store product assortment strategy innovatively based on the fast-changing consumer demand & dynamic marketplace.Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
GC local marketplace knowledge 5+ years’ merchandising / buying experience in retail industry Strong product sense / passion Strong English & Chinese language skillExperience Required (Soft skills):
