Your tasks
Demonstrate the value of new technologies of HUBER+SUHNER to solve customer problems by interacting with technical decision makers, industry influencers, policy makers, and social platforms such as conferences and presentations. Familiarizing HPC technologies, products and services offered by HUBER+SUHNER. Cultivate high-end brand of HUBER+SUHNER in Chinese High Power Charging market. Guide key account executives to understand and solve customer business problems using HUBER+SUHNER based solutions and services. Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the HPC sales team. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing HPC clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Facilitate financial analyzes, long range forecasting, and analysis studies associated with potential opportunities. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales. Coordinate go-to-market strategy through direct and/or local partners. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. Develop financial and business models, goals, pricing, promotion, placement and positioning, to make desired financial commitments. Business develop in some other industries markets such as T&M, Quantum application.
Your profile
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electric / Electronic engineering major is preferred Fluent in English / Chinese in spoken, written and reading. Familiar with MS office 365, Copilot, ChatGPT and other software which support daily working. Strong marketing and presentation skills, certain network in China HPC industry. Cross-organizational collaboration and with external customers/partners. Proficiency in executing sales campaigns and initiatives Managing and developing account relationships Experiences of Business development activities, creation of go-to-market strategiesWork location: Shanghai or Shenzhen
