As a Senior Manager, you will develop the go to market strategy and execute our services and offerings in Mining and Metals industry. You will understand business challenges faced by client executives in leading organizations and design solutions that effectively support clients’ transformation journey.

You will have a strategic and client facing engagement role across the consulting value chain leading and/or supporting business development efforts, project execution and account development.

Key responsibilities are:

Develop go-to-market strategy to support national business growth in collaboration with the consulting teams.Collaborate closely with the global teams contributing to thought leadership, offerings and methodologies bringing global best practices into China market and clients.Working with the consulting teams, leading business development activities, providing expert support in the development of client proposals.Provide expert advisory support in consulting business assessment and implementation engagements.Be a trusted advisor with senior client executives and maintain relationships in alignment with the account team to deepen and expand relationships.Participate and contribute to internal and external functional and/or industry networks with the aim of developing new business working with the Marketing and the Practice Teams.You have rich hands-on operation management or management consulting experience, including setting strategies, developing operational roadmaps, integrating into business units and functions and supporting implementation activities.You are able to develop new business and to manage complex engagements from end to end.You demonstrate deep knowledge in relevant industries or subject matters and can leverage it externally.You have the experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior client executive levels with demonstrated history of account revenue growth.You have the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.You have effective leadership and interpersonal skills with entrepreneurial mindset to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.
