This position belongs to BSH global learning team, located in Nanjing and the position holder will work in a global and agile team.

1. Lead and identify both global and regional leadership development needs to support strategic business needs and priorities 领导并确定全球和区域领导力发展需求，以支持战略业务需求和优先事项

2. Design, develop and deliver program using adult learning methodologies, especially leadership development programs

使用成人学习方法设计、开发和交付课程，尤其是领导力发展课程

3. Leverage and adapt global learning program to local application

4. Plan and manage training budgets and forecast current and future costs

规划和管理培训预算并预测当前和未来的成本

5. Execute and involve in the day to day L&D activities and duties which will include planning, coordination, facilitation and execution of training program, manage learning platforms, and continuously improve L&D processes and practices

执行并参与日常学习与发展活动和职责，包括规划、协调、促进和执行培训计划，管理学习平台，并不断改进学习与发展流程和实践

6. Assess and monitor the impact and effectiveness of learning interventions

评估和监控学习干预措施的影响和有效性

7. Help continue building a culture of learning based on a growth mindset

Qualification 任职资格

1. Bachelor degree and above with min.5 years’ experience in a multinational environment, majoring in psychology, statistics or other social sciences is plus

本科及以上学历，5年以上跨国工作经验，心理学, 统计学或其他社会科学专业优先

2. Solid learning & leadership development experience in designing, developing and implementation solutions

在设计、开发和实施解决方案方面拥有扎实的学习和领导力发展经验

3. Proficient in English both orally and written 书面和口语英语流利

4. Good inter-cultural communication skills and comfortable to collaboration and build relationships with global colleagues and HRBP 良好的跨文化沟通能力，乐于与全球同事和 HRBP 合作并建立关系
