主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

对在有赞商城购买的终端用户进行答疑，帮助用户选择合适的产品并进行售后和定期回访 对通过公众号、直播课等方式添加企业微信的终端用户进行服务，给客户提供护理指导的方案及产品相关的信息；通过热情主动的话术，对终端用户进行画像，匹配用户需求，并进行长期跟进和关系维护 在维护终端用户关系的过程中，积累和总结相关经验，对关爱项目的建设提供建议并及时完善和维护不同随访阶段的话术，逐步提高用户维护的自动化程度； 沟通临床护理老师不断完善关爱项目的内容，撰写微信公众号推文等 通过企业微信的“群发助手”、与产品经理一同设定的自动化推送逻辑，定期向终端客用户推送相应的回访内容和资讯 统筹协调线上言语培训课程，协调销售组织辅助发音管安装客户参与线上培训 定期协助BU负责人对销售人员负责的终端用户进行真实性核查和标签内容核查 完成上级领导交办的临时性任务或工作。

任职资格Job Qualifications

护理、医疗专业背景或医药学/经济学医药方向等 有耳鼻喉科及呼吸科医院从业经验者优先 一年以上电话客户服务或相关工作经验者优先 有企业微信、微信公众号、微店或小红书、抖音等自媒体运营经验或兴趣者优先

岗位胜任力Competencies – apart from global competencies

具备良好的服务意识，能倾听客户的需求，有耐心有责任心 良好的语言沟通技能 处理客户投诉的技巧 能够举一反三，由点及面，在工作中不断总结、提升和创新

技能Skills

熟练使用CRM系统、Excel等办公软件 熟练打字 能读懂简单英语优先
