Enables a best in class employee experience through exceptional subject matter expertise, consultation and service delivery for their areas of focus. This includes the management, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions specific to their discipline(s) of accountability. This role is an escalation point to provide specialist expertise to triage and resolve cases within the tiered service delivery model. Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline and receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.
Responsibilities / Duties
Implements and delivers end-to-end solutions in assigned discipline(s) to deliver a best in class employee experience. Supports program development related to their area(s) of expertise to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers. Engages with third party providers to establish, develop and review the suite of services in assigned discipline(s). Addresses escalated HR inquiries and reviewer/approver of transactions, as applicable. Provides information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline(s).Live as Learning Activity Owner is expected to define the learning strategy and execution plan across Asia Pacific by partnering with country/site focal points.
Lead the forecast demand process by partnering with HR Partners and TM advisors in the region to solicit the learning needs;
Drive for the efficiency to improve overall registration process and continuously upgrade learning quality with improved evaluation results;
Manage and monitor day-to-day learning coordination activities and training logistics in the region;
Maintain facilitator pool with effective recruiting, recognition, development and evaluation;
Organize Train-the-Trainer sessions to build up the facilitator pipeline;
Facilities management for APAC learning center in Shanghai Dow Center;
Act as Asia Pacific focal point of global Diamond Learning system;
Global Educational Assistance Program coordinator and follow up;
English learning coordination, purchasing, cost management, planning;
Facilitate trainings;
Generate learning reporting and analytics as needed;
Lead and participate in Talent Management initiatives for both employee development and leadership development, including but not limited to learning materials revamp and customization, workshop design, etc.
Manage government grants, reporting, and legislative requirements as needed;
Responsible for the budget and cost management of training offerings.
