Job Description
Work Arrangement:This role requires an employee to be onsite on a full time basis.
The Role
This position will be fully responsible for the training, certification, and coaching of frontline team members' business capabilities, aiming to ensure and enhance the team's ability to achieve business goals. The role will delve into frontline stores, accurately identify training needs at the operational level, and find solutions to help improve business performance.
What You'll Do
Frontline Team Training and Certification:
Develop and organize opening training materials to ensure smooth training for all frontline teams. Create business training plans and regularly conduct business training sessions to enhance staff capabilities and meet business needs. Design and implement certification systems and processes for key positions to ensure professional competence and skill certification.Training Execution and Optimization:
Dive into terminal stores to accurately identify frontline team training needs at the operational level. Independently undertake various training projects, developing relevant training courses based on company business status. Conduct training for all staff to ensure necessary skills and knowledge within each business team.Training Project Management and Implementation Support:
Act as the project lead for training projects, responsible for project design, iteration, and completion, and accountable for training outcomes. Assist in driving the implementation of other major projects within the department, providing professional training support and guidance. Assist in the completion of training business 0-1 business architecture and system development.Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
At least 3 years of experience in sales team training management, with frontline training development and execution experience. Familiar with sales business processes and training methods. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, able to work with individuals from different levels and departments.What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with training project management processes, possessing skills in project planning, execution, and evaluation. Excellent problem-solving abilities and innovation mindset, capable of addressing changing business needs and challenges.
