New Opportunity Development 新业务机会的开发 Supports in identifying and tracking powertrain market developments支持动力总成市场业务机会的识别与跟踪 Identifies potential customers through powertrain market segment in the automotive industry对汽车行业动力总成细分市场的潜在客户进行识别和开发 Implement sales strategy to develop new business opportunities from potential customers 实施公司销售策略,通过潜在客户的拓展发现新的业务机会 Learn customer’s requirement and work closely with internal application team on technical solutions 深入了解客户需求,与内部技术应用团队紧密合作协助制定技术解决方案 Drive for the result of nomination in order to fulfil the sales pipeline 推动销售渠道的建立以及新项目的提名 Dig out more new product applications in order to reach annual sales target深度挖掘新产品和新应用的开发,完成既定的年度销售目标 Customer Partnership Construction客户关系建设 Keep in regular business visit / contact / customer care at all levels of customer organization 定期进行商务拜访、沟通接触、客户关怀,在客户各级组织中建立有效联系 Make a solid plan of optimizing customer relationship and get it implemented 建立有效的客户关系优化计划并付诸实施 Build up strategical partnerships with target customers in order to generate more business和重要目标客户建立战略合作伙伴关系,以创造更多的深远业务合作 Support the timely customer payment and actively work for closing overdues thereby improving Net Working Capital of the business line协助跟踪客户的付款,积极协调客户按时支付超期应付款改善和支持业务线的应收账款管理 Keep high customer satisfaction through cooperation and coordination activities通过和客户开展良好的业务合作保持较高的客户满意度 Existing Business Securing现有业务保障 Appropriately play price defence in order to maintain product profitability level 适当进行价格防御,保持项目产品盈利水平 Meet customer’s production / delivery / quality demand through coordination with internal team协调内部团队满足客户的生产、交付和质量需求 Take lead and complete (new) project / products test on time 领导并按计划完成新项目或新产品的测试 Potential coordination task for capacity between customers and internal teams客户与内部团队之间潜在的产能协调任务
