Responsibilities:

Oversee the regional HR operations process delivery, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirments across all locations; Integrate and undertake global mobility service operation, improve process standardization and drive service globalization. Explore new service themes & scopes, formulate service quality metrics and conduct regular review, proactively identify operational issues and continuously optimize. Leverage HR technology and conduct regular analysis of HR data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and implement streamlined and automated solutions, documentation, and workflows to drive efficiency and standardization while enhancing service delivery quality and employee experience; Lead change management efforts related to HR process updates and technology implementations across different countries. Drive the adoption and effective utilization of HR systems across the organization, providing training and support as needed; Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of the remote HR shared services team and promote continuous learning;  Partner with Regional SSC Hub teams and other relevant stakeholders to optimize employee experience with onboarding & offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience; Establish and monitor service level agreement (SLAs) and dashboards to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services, addressing any performance gaps proactively and providing insights to HR leadership.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in HR Shared Service center, with specialization in HR Process optimization and digitalization preferred; experience of global mobility service operation/project management is preferred; Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, proven ability to drive change management, and achieve operational excellence;  Excellent project management skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously; Experienced in Workday and ServiceNow solutions; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret HR data and make data-driven recommendations; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization; Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin); Self-motivated and eager to learn.
