Responsibilities

Driving the implementation of all project related design activities within the region Asia-Pacific with specific legal and local requirements, but strong focus on the global standards of HR Identifying gaps between existing HR functionalities incl. requirements of a specific ZF site and the globally defined standards of the ZF ERP Template and creating solutions how to close them focusing on the global standards defined in the ERP Template Providing input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes and interfaces Taking on the role of a Process Expert in HR (Define & adjust standard Process for the ERP-Template when required - in close corporation with the responsible Global Process Owner (GPO) and his/her team) Taking on the role of a sub-project manager for the domain HR processes in scope in order to actively ensure the defined (sub)project goals Training of Key-Users at the ZF sites Conducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the site Guiding Key-Users in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasks Ensuring proper business execution after GoLive of SAP ERP template Acting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questions

Skills

Extensive process experience in the area of HR with focus on core HR (Payroll, T&A, GL-accounting, travel expense reimbursement, etc) in the region Good functional SAP and other HR-Systems (Payroll and Benefits, Time and Attendance) experience incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules in other domains (Finance and Controlling, Travel and Expense) on end-to-end level Solid experience in large multinational projects with HR focus Knowledge of general company processes which affects HR Knowledge of specific legal or local process requirements in the regions Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach Empathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals Ability to travel in the region Fluent English language skills
