Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

Please check Appendix 1 for a full list Add new customer cards in CRM. Change the curators, the curator assistants and the customer workgroup; mark as NoSale. Fix the lists of exhibitors, createthe lists of exhibitors in CRM. Prepare a sample of customers or information about the customers by the requests of curators Fixing requests via quotes and OR Support with correct fixing information in CRM system.  Informing curator about all discrepancies regarding customers service. Fixing requests via quotes and OR Transfer the request into order or closing the requests indicating the reason of closing and detailed comments. Support with correct fixing information in CRM system: process actions: unblocking customers, credit increase. Preparation of reports.

Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelors degree Experience in international logistics or 1 year experience in Logistics. Good level of proficiency in English and/or another foreign language, PC knowledge (Excel, Word and others) High communication skills and result orientation. Time management, organisation of work and management control skills.
