To this end, we are seekingan experienced QA Director who can join our team and help pave the waytowards our new goals.


Responsibilities Report to Group Head of Quality. Assist in the growth and development of the team members. Participating in reviews and evaluations. Ensuring the quality of the game deliverables and report status, issues, and mitigation Working with producers and other stakeholders to define testing plans and processes for major projects (both for embedded Dev QA and external General QA). Improving operational efficiency and effectiveness of the quality. verification strategy by understanding current practices and introducing new strategies. Being able to get hands-on if project/team situation requires. Proactively contributing to development and deployment of QA tools. Ensuring excellent communication, positive working relationships and teamwork within the development & QA team and across disciplines. Keeping abreast of current trends in the marketplace especially regarding best practices, tools and processes. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in QA manager/lead/director role in the game industry Proven track record of shipped (preferable AAA) games on multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile) in lead role. Project and people management skills Good knowledge of testing methodology as well as required software (JIRA/TTP, Excel, PowerPoint…) Good knowledge of QA tools covering different areas of development pipeline, their design & functionality Working knowledge of SCRUM and Agile practices. Proficient in English (ability to speak Chinese is big plus). Preferably located in Shanghai, China. Work well/respond to pressure. Excellent communication and presentation skills Think critically and apply analytical skills in resolving complex issues. Quickly master proprietary tools and development processes.
