Registration Project Manager

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

This is a newly created role that will see you building ground-breaking campaigns and bringing bold ideas to life. Reporting to Regulatory Affairs Director, you will get to work with cross functional departments, develop registration related campaign, including Hainan and Travel Retail channel driving company and products compliance on local specific policies, e.g. custom clearance model, label requirement, distributor request and post-market supervision, etc.

 

Your main focus :

  • Registration and Compliance Management for Hainan and TR channel
      • Developing and implementing strategies with x-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate registration of products for Hainan and TR channel.
      • Ensuring cosmetics products intended for Hainan and TR markets are compliant with local and international regulations.
      • Representing registration and RA function in communication with x-functional team and key stakeholders. Identifying potential risk and anticipating challenge or proactively provide mitigation options.
      • HP maintenance based on regulation and company practice by taking the action of re-registration, amendment, declaration, re-uploading, cancellation or renewal.

 

  • Internal Communication and Liaison for Joint Project
  • Acting as a SPOC to represent the registration team in joint projects with other functional teams, e.g. Extended allergens, Raw material safety information, Full version risk assessment report, HP cancellation, Product PIPO, Shelf-life extension, etc. Mainly focusing on luxury brands.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration on joint projects involving luxury giftset compliance check and registration for all channels.
  • Providing timely updates and guidance to ensure smooth project execution within registration team. Identifying and mitigating potential regulatory risks by plan setting with related stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Development
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners including internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Playing an important role in the team with professionals in registration area to support Hainan and TR business.
  • Project management and budget management.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You like to RA experience. As a/an experienced role, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  1. BSc / MSc degree in Pharmacy, Medical, Chemical, Toxicology or other related fields
  2. 8 years+ working experience in regulatory, law, or advertisement/claim related area
  3. Fluent in English and Chinese
  4. Cosmetic regulations knowledge (ex. notification/registration procedures, advertisement claims) is a must
  5. Critical thinking and problem solving, rigorous, solution oriented, take initiatives and offer simple and creative solutions
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  7. Self-motivated person with a collaborative approach
