Regional Sales Operation Officer
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General Market Information (through Internet, Magazines, other media and information exchange with Regional Crop Manager and Area Sales Manager) Priority Crop Information collection and (areas present + projections, governmental subsidies, prices and others) Competitor Information (MNC, domestic; market activities like prices, new product launches, sales promotions, personnel & organizational structures and others) Provincial Information (tender, projects, climate & weather, policies, market trends, disease forecast and others) Organization of Crop Plan Meetings between RCM and ASM Planning of Sales Promotions Material with RCM and ASM; ordering of Promotion and POP Material through HQ Beijing Coordinate Branding Communication with RCM and HQ Beijing Provide any necessary admin support as required by the Regional Manager to ensure smooth functioning of the regional business operation.WHO YOU ARE
Education Degree in Business related majors. Experience At least 2 years experiences in the sales, marketing or crop protection. Knowledge & Skills good in communication and social interaction, fair English skills Additional plus: knowledge of agriculture and crop protection products-
