Bruker Alicona is part of the Bruker family of companies,
Bruker Alicona is a global supplier of optical 3D surface measurement solutions for quality assurance in the lab and in production. Our key competence is the measurement of form and roughness of even complex, miniaturized geometries. With Focus-Variation, our key technology, we offer a technique that combines the functionalities of a micro coordinate measurement machine (µCMM) with those of a surface measurement system.
The product range includes a number of standard as well as special solutions. Research and Development acts very close to the direct need of industry, which enables us to design both standard products as well as special solutions based on industrial partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies and activities to achieve sales goals and objectives Develop detailed knowledge of the customers within the region (Middle China&North West China) Developing relationships with customers and maximizing customer satisfaction without sacrificing profitability for Bruker Alicona in China Attend to sales enquiries by responding to requests and questions Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers Develop key relationships (at all appropriate levels) with strategic accounts Build and manages the healthy sales funnel based on the Bruker Alicona Sales Approach. Achieve agreed sales forecasts by working based on the Bruker Alicona Sales Approach. Utilize CRM for sales funnel management related to the Bruker Alicona Sales Approach. Preparation of quotations and oversee the related order processing. Attend tradeshows and other marketing events in territory Work closely with the Bruker Alicona Customercare and Global Sales Operations team at Bruker Alicona in Austria and with colleagues, located in Asia.
Qualifications
Experience in technical sales, ideally in optical metrology Knowhow in the field of metrology Relishes working in a performance-driven environment Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals, but also equally comfortable working independently when required. Good inter-personal communication and negotiation skills Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic High flexibility and willingness to travel Proficient use of a CRM ( preferred) is a PLUS-
