Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Xi'an. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers in the territory.
- Provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Sales Manager.
- Organize technical training for key account customers and dealers.
- Coordinate with product, aftermarket, logistics, and credit teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Interact with aftermarket teams to provide excellent after-sales service to customers.
- Keep relationships with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of machines.
- Communicate with product teams to obtain product support and resolve customer issues.
- Manage account receivables in compliance with company credit policies.
- College degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- More than 2 years' experience in machinery sales functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good team spirit, self-motivation, goal-oriented, and energetic.
- Good spoken and written English skills, with a minimum of CET-4 level.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel.
