About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Xi'an. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers in the territory.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Sales Manager.
  • Organize technical training for key account customers and dealers.
  • Coordinate with product, aftermarket, logistics, and credit teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Interact with aftermarket teams to provide excellent after-sales service to customers.
  • Keep relationships with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of machines.
  • Communicate with product teams to obtain product support and resolve customer issues.
  • Manage account receivables in compliance with company credit policies.
Requirements
  • College degree or above in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • More than 2 years' experience in machinery sales functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good team spirit, self-motivation, goal-oriented, and energetic.
  • Good spoken and written English skills, with a minimum of CET-4 level.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel.
